1. Subscriptions (Pro Plan)
- 14-Day Refund Window: You are eligible for a full refund of your initial subscription charge within fourteen (14) days of your purchase date, provided you have not generated more than five (5) watermark-free AI wrap renders during that time.
- Renewal Charges: Subscription renewals are billed automatically and are non-refundable. We send reminder notifications prior to yearly renewal dates. You can cancel your renewal at any time via your account settings.
2. One-Time Purchase (Lifetime Plan)
- 14-Day Refund Window: You are eligible for a full refund of your Lifetime plan payment within fourteen (14) days of your purchase date if you experience technical issues on our website that we are unable to resolve.
- Fair Use Threshold: To prevent abuse of our single-payment offer, refunds will not be granted if you have generated substantial volume (more than 10 watermark-free renders) or exported multiple print quotes within those 14 days.
3. How to Request a Refund

- Your account email address
- The date of your transaction
- A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund
We review all requests within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
4. Custom Developer Integrations
Custom developer integrations or customized enterprise features are subject to separate service level agreements and contract terms, and are generally non-refundable once custom setup work has begun.
