1. Use of Services

Wrap Visualizer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Services for personal or commercial design simulation and estimation purposes, subject to these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Services or help anyone else do so.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Services, such as saving custom finishes or generating watermark-free AI renders, you may need to register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Billing and Subscriptions

• Subscriptions (Pro): Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or yearly basis. Your subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless cancelled.
• One-Time Purchase (Lifetime): Lifetime access grants you permanent access to all Pro features for a single, one-time payment. No recurring fees apply.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services, including the car wrap visualizer and material/labor estimates, are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy, Wrap Visualizer does not warrant that color swatches, textures, tint levels, or dimensions calculated by our estimation tool will exactly match real-world materials or physical applications. Estimates are guidelines only. Always verify measurements and material specifications with your installer or supplier before purchasing physical film.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, visualizer algorithms, UI designs, brand marks, and software code are the exclusive property of Wrap Visualizer. You may not copy, reverse engineer, extract, or redistribute any part of our platform without explicit written consent. Renders generated on the Pro/Lifetime plans may be used by you for marketing and client presentation purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wrap Visualizer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services, paint damage resulting from physical vehicle wrapping, or reliance on calculations provided by our tools.

7. Governing Law and Changes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wrap Visualizer operates. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
